Revenue management system for hotels
Rates that read the rooms.
Dynamic Pricing watches your bookings, your availability and what is happening in town, then reprices every room for each of the next 365 nights. It stays inside the limits you set, and it tells you why each price moved.
- 365 nights priced ahead
- 17 reasons a price can move
- You set the floor and the ceiling

Connected toigloorooms
Rates are read from and written back to igloorooms directly. Nothing to export, nothing to copy across, and your channels stay in sync the way they are today.
How it works
Set it up in an afternoon. Then it works every 30 minutes.
-
Connect igloorooms
Your rooms, rate plans, base rates and inventory come across on their own. You choose which room types are priced.
-
Set your limits
Give each room type a floor and a ceiling. The engine prices inside them and never outside.
-
Let it run
On a schedule, every room is repriced for the next 365 nights and each new rate goes straight to igloorooms.
-
Check any night
Open the price calendar to see why a night costs what it does. Disagree? Change it, and the engine learns from you.
The price calendar
Every price comes with its reason.
Most pricing tools hand you a number. Dynamic Pricing shows what moved it: the event in town, the last two rooms, the slow Tuesday. Pick a night.
What it reads
The same signals a good revenue manager watches. All of them, every night.
-
Availability
How many rooms are left for the night. The last few sell at a premium; a night filling slowly eases down.
-
Time to arrival
A night three months out and a night three days out need different prices. The curve follows the date.
-
Booking pace
Three or more new bookings for a night in a short window is a signal. The rate responds before the rooms are gone.
-
Local events
Festivals, fairs and match days sit in a city event calendar. The nights around them are priced for the crowd.
-
Day of the week
Friday and Saturday carry your weekend uplift. Business hotels can do the opposite.
-
Your own corrections
Change a price in igloorooms and the engine takes it as your call. It leaves that night alone and adjusts toward you.
Your limits
You keep the keys.
Automation should never surprise you. The engine works inside the walls you build, and you can step in at any time.
A floor and a ceiling per room type
A quiet week never sells your best room for less than you decided, and a busy one never prices out your regulars.
Dates you keep for yourself
Exclude any dates from automation. Those nights keep the rate you set until you hand them back.
Your change always stands
Edit a price in igloorooms as you do today. The engine treats it as a decision, leaves it in place, and learns from it within bounds.

Questions
Before you ask.
What is a revenue management system?
Software that sets the price of each room for each night from the demand for that night, and keeps adjusting as bookings come in. Our guide explains what an RMS reads and decides, and when it is worth it for a small hotel.
Which property systems do you work with?
igloorooms today. Rates, inventory and bookings are read from igloorooms and new rates are written back to it, so there is nothing to export. Use something else? Say so in your demo request.
Can a price go lower than I'm comfortable with?
No. Each room type has a floor and a ceiling that you set. The engine prices inside them. When demand would push past a limit, the calendar shows the night as held at your floor or ceiling.
What happens when I change a price myself?
Your price stands. The engine recognises it as your decision, leaves that night alone, and nudges its future suggestions for that room toward yours. If you put the old price back, it takes the hint and undoes the adjustment.
Can I keep some dates out of it?
Yes. Exclude any dates from automation and those nights keep whatever rate you give them.
How far ahead are rates managed?
The next 365 nights, for every room type you switch on. Nights far out move gently; nights close to arrival react faster.
Is there anything to install?
No. Everything runs in the browser. Once your hotel is set up, you open Dynamic Pricing straight from your igloorooms account.
